Proudly located on Wurundjeri country on the southern banks of Birrarung (Yarra), GHV is a realisation of a life long love of vintage and antiquities; combined with a discerning eye for beautiful pieces to enchant and enjoy while creating a nurturing and caring environment.

Located in the iconic FolkArt space, sensitive and careful renovations have brought back to life this most beautiful little nook. We’ve created a stairway of lights and re-discovered the old fireplace on the back wall, as well as the old shelving that now proudly houses a quality book collection. We’ve added a new changeroom to try on and experience our beautiful clothing. We love the ambience and calm this rare beauty exudes, and have more plans in store; stay tuned!

We offer a range of quality vintage and preloved clothing for the most discerning; from stunning couture pieces from the 1940’s and beyond, you will find quality pieces to delight. Along with our beautiful clothing we sustainably source vintage linen, manchester, millinery and handbags – amongst other lovelies. Our porcelain, crystal and china collections are simply stunning; new items arrive daily so be sure to call in regularly!

In particular, we are committed to sustainable practices that will save treasures from landfill and reducing the impact on our environment. Federal Government indicators show that for every single Australian, 23kgs a year of unwanted clothing ends up in landfill (view document). By recognising the value of purchasing preloved items we empower each other to be mindful in how we support the environment, and the community.
